Third Parties: Individuals who are not users of Geno App nor part of the Genostories team.

2. Data Privacy Policy

By becoming a Geno App user, you automatically grant us consent to store and use your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. We only collect information that you provide directly to us. All interactions within our domains will be monitored and moderated by our Geno App team. 2.5 Transaction Security:
The security of your payment information is of utmost importance to us. However, we are not responsible for the processing of payment information. We use the Paypal payment service to ensure the security of transactions. We do not store your payment credentials in our database.
2.6 Account Recovery:
If you lose access to your account, please contact us as soon as possible via email at info@genostories.com, and we will assist you in its recovery. If the loss of access is due to non-payment, please note that your data will not be lost. You have twelve (12) months from the last payment made to restore your Geno App account and access your files. If the 12 months pass without making the payment, we will send you a link to the email associated with your account so you can download your files. You will have a period of sixty (60) days from this email, and you will receive multiple notices before all your files are deleted from our database. Refer to section 3.4 of this document for more details.
2.7 Collaboration with Third Parties:
While we do not publicly share or sell your information to third parties, we have established partnerships with other companies and/or professionals to ensure the secure and efficient operation of the application. Therefore, we cannot assume responsibility for the actions of these third parties regarding your personal information. Nor can we be held responsible if you decide to share your Geno App login credentials with third parties, resulting in unauthorized downloads of files. We recommend sharing any content through the links we provide for added security.
2.8 Identity in the Community:
When participating in the community, you will be asked to re-enter your credentials: Geno App username and password. This is because, when accessing the community, you will be redirected to an external server. Once inside the Geno community, your username and profile picture will be displayed as they appear on Geno App. Any modifications should be made from your control panel located at the top of the main page.
2.9 Tracking Files or Cookies:
Tracking files or 'cookies' are small text files that we add to your device's browser to understand your preferences. You have the authority to accept or reject them. 4. Community
4.1 Genostories Community Description:
The Genostories community is a virtual space, similar to a virtual forum, where users can create various topics to share ideas, suggestions, questions with other users and moderators, as well as share their life experiences. The main purpose of this community is to establish a space where all members feel comfortable, safe, and, above all, confident that their ideas are read with the appreciation they deserve. These guidelines apply to the Geno App community and extend to all interactions among our associates, moderators, employees, and other users. *Refer to section 4.3 of this document for the values that guide our community.
4.2 General Community Participation Rules:
* Every user agrees to these Genostories community rules when creating an account.
* All topics created by the user must be related to everything concerning Genostories.
* All users must be treated with respect and honesty. No disrespect between users will be tolerated.
* Posting advertising links unrelated to the topic's content is not allowed.
* Each user is allowed to advertise their ebook (life story), provided it is limited to a single topic created by them.
* Any external link redirecting to violent or unsolicited content, deemed contrary to the values guiding Genostories by moderators, will be removed.
* Posting sensitive or overly personal information in topics or links leading to them is not allowed.
* For user safety and privacy, all questions related to the account or the user's life story ebook will be answered through support channels such as chat, email, or phone call.
* Moderators reserve the right to edit, delete, and determine, at their discretion, content deemed inappropriate for the community.

Users have the ability to send messages to each other through Geno App. This functionality allows the exchange of text messages only in the Beta version.
4.5 Moderator Function:
Moderators will act as arbitrators within the Genostories Community. If you believe a moderator is not fulfilling their role according to the established values, we encourage you to contact us through other means to file a complaint. Here are the instructions for filing a complaint:
4.6 Handling Complaints and Disputes:
If you experience an issue or have a complaint with another community member in the 'Geno Community' forum or with a moderator, initiate the process by filing a clear and detailed complaint. You can do this through a private message to the forum moderator or by writing to info@genostories.com.
The forum moderator will conduct an initial review of the filed complaint. The provided information will be assessed, and the severity of the problem will be determined. At this stage, additional information may be requested from both parties involved.
In cases where an informal resolution is possible, the moderator or administrator of the sire may intervene to mediate between the parties and facilitate a constructive conversation. The goal is to resolve the dispute amicably and reach a mutual understanding.
Throughout the process, transparent communication will be maintained with the parties involved. Updates on the status of the complaint will be provided, and decisions made will be explained.
If it is determined that improper action has taken place, appropriate corrective measures will be implemented. This may include warnings, temporary suspensions, or, in extreme cases, expulsion from the community.
After the resolution, a follow-up review will be conducted to ensure that corrective measures have been effective and that there are no repetitions of the problem.
5. Contests
5.1 Contest Creation:
The Genostories team organizes contests frequently to encourage users to share the application with friends and family. The rules, prizes, dates, and other details related to contests will be outlined on the website https://www.genostories.com/ and in the contest topics published in the community.
5.2 Affiliate Link:
In the referral section available in the menu, you have a unique code that you can copy and paste anywhere on the web, in your other contact applications, or on social media to share Geno App with others. Each time someone purchases a membership through your link, the system will recognize that you made the recommendation. If you are registered to participate in the contest, that link will be your Genostories affiliate key, and you will receive the affiliate commission in your Paypal account.
5.3 Referral Commissions:
Once we register a sale with your unique referral code, you will receive a message from the administrator with a registration form to receive current and future commissions. In this form, the following details will be requested:

9.3 Measures Against Pirated Files:
If we have evidence that any of your files are pirated (downloaded illegally from the internet) and you are attempting to distribute them through our platform, we reserve the right to remove them. Before making any decision, we will contact you.

You can use Geno App to store almost any content. Despite offering a storage advantage at competitive prices, it is crucial to consider clause 8.4 in this document. We have an automated monitoring system that constantly reviews all content stored by users. This process allows us to prevent theft, plagiarism, and unauthorized distribution of pirated content in our database.
10 Biography Creation:
